Preparation

  • Wash the medium-sized potatoes thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt.
  • Cut the potatoes into evenly sized cubes, about 1 inch in size.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed potatoes with the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to a temperature of 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the potato mixture into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry the potatoes for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • When done, remove them from the air fryer and sprinkle a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese on top while hot.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, cut potatoes evenly, preheat the air fryer, and serve immediately for maximum crispiness. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
