Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wings

Spice Mixture

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Buffalo Sauce

  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional) For richer flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
  • Add the wings to the bowl with the spice mixture and toss until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them.
  • Cook the wings at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • In a separate bowl, combine buffalo sauce and melted butter, stirring until well mixed.
  • Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl and drizzle the buffalo sauce mixture over them. Toss to coat thoroughly.

Notes

Serve immediately with fresh veggies and dip. Consider pairing with ranch or blue cheese dressing for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
