Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Peel the carrots and cut them into even-sized fries, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  • In a large bowl, combine the carrot fries with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything until the fries are evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned carrot fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they reach your desired level of crispiness.
  • Carefully remove the fries and let them cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
