Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and tools; you’ll need your air fryer, a cutting board, a knife, and a mixing bowl.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Carefully cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, ensuring they are roughly the same size.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Place the cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once done, take them out and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the cauliflower in the olive oil and spices for at least 30 minutes before cooking. If you prefer an even crunchier texture, try using a light coating of breadcrumbs or nutritional yeast along with the spices. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
