Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs until fully blended.
  • Coat each piece of chicken in the egg mixture, allow excess to drip off, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture to ensure full coverage.

Cooking

  • Arrange the coated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Serving

  • Serve the warm nuggets with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes
