  • 2 pieces frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to create a seasoning blend.
  • Take the frozen chicken breasts out of their packaging. It’s not necessary to thaw them.
  • Brush the seasoning mixture over both sides of the frozen chicken breasts.
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.

Cooking

  • Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
  • Check the internal temperature of the chicken using a meat thermometer. It should reach at least 165°F (74°C) to be considered safe to eat.
  • Once cooked thoroughly, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

For best results, preheat your air fryer before cooking and let the chicken rest after cooking for tender results. Feel free to experiment with different spices and marinades.
