  • 2 cups dried pasta (any shape) Choose your favorite pasta shape.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt To taste.
  • Pepper To taste.
  • Optional: grated cheese, chili flakes, or other seasonings For extra flavor.

Preparation

  • Boil a pot of salted water. Add the dried pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
  • Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process. Let it cool for a few minutes to remove excess moisture.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat all the pasta pieces evenly.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Arrange the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
  • Once they are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve air fryer pasta chips with dipping sauces like marinara, ranch dressing, or garlic mayo. Consider sprinkling cheese on top right after they come out of the air fryer for an indulgent touch.
