  • 4 large Fresh eggs Use as fresh as possible for best results.
  • 1 spray Cooking spray or oil Use to coat the air fryer basket.
  • to taste Salt Optional seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper Optional seasoning.
  • to taste Fresh herbs Optional for garnishing.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush it with oil to prevent sticking.
  • Crack one egg into a small bowl or ramekin, being careful not to break the yolk.
  • Gently slide the egg into the center of the prepared air fryer basket.
  • Repeat with additional eggs without overcrowding the basket.

Cooking

  • Cook the eggs for approximately 10-12 minutes. Check them at the 10-minute mark for your desired doneness.
  • Carefully remove the eggs with a spoon and transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess moisture.

Serving

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Store any leftover poached eggs in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat gently in the microwave or a warm water bath.
