  • Season both sides of your steak generously with salt and black pepper.
  • If desired, sprinkle garlic powder and fresh herbs onto the steak.
  • Brush the steak lightly with olive oil to enrich flavor and achieve a good sear.

Cooking

  • Carefully place the steak in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
  • Cook the steak for about 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  • Check for doneness using a meat thermometer; aim for 135°F for medium-rare or 145°F for medium.

Resting and Serving

  • Remove the steak from the air fryer and let it rest for at least 5 minutes.
  • Slice the steak against the grain and serve with your favorite side dishes.
