Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Stack the tortillas on a cutting board and cut them into triangles.
  • Place the tortilla triangles in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil or spray with cooking spray. Toss gently to coat.
  • Season with salt and any optional spices, mixing again to ensure even seasoning.

Cooking

  • Arrange a single layer of tortilla pieces in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each chip.
  • Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote even cooking.
  • Remove chips when golden brown and crispy, allowing them to cool on a paper towel. Add more salt if needed.
