  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix all the ingredients until well combined, using your hands, but be careful not to overmix.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between each one.

Cooking

  • Air fry the meatballs at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Carefully remove the meatballs from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

For serving, consider serving over spaghetti with marinara sauce, zucchini noodles, as meatball subs, or as an appetizer with dipping sauces. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
