Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for even cooking.
  • Wash the zucchini thoroughly and slice them into fry shapes.
  • In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each zucchini stick in the beaten egg, ensuring even coating.
  • Roll each zucchini stick in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the coated zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cooking

  • Cook the zucchini fries for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check for a golden brown color; if not crispy enough, air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the fries from the air fryer and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with dips like ranch dressing, marinara sauce, or garlic aioli. Garnish with fresh herbs for presentation.
