Biscuit Mixture

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Jr biscuits Cut into quarters
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup glaze Optional, for drizzling
  • Cinnamon To taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Open the can of Pillsbury Grands Jr biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit pieces and apple pie filling. Gently stir until the biscuit pieces are coated.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the butterscotch chips evenly over the top of the mixture.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Serving

  • Let the casserole cool slightly before serving. Drizzle glaze over the top if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an elevated treat. You can also sprinkle extra cinnamon on top for presentation.
