  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs For a crispy topping.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste For seasoning.
  • Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish Such as parsley or chives.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing and mayonnaise and stir until blended.
  • Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  • Coat each chicken breast evenly with the ranch mayo mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over each coated chicken breast.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For variety, you can add thinly sliced vegetables, use different dressings, or incorporate different cheeses into the topping. Ensure to let the chicken rest after baking for better moisture retention.
