  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs for the crispy coating
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste

For Assembling the Sliders

  • 6-8 slider buns enough for the chicken

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the chicken breasts down the middle to create pieces that are the size of the slider buns.
  • Set up a breading station with one bowl for flour, one for beaten eggs, and another for Panko breadcrumbs.
  • Season the flour with salt and pepper.

Breading and Baking

  • Dredge a piece of chicken in seasoned flour, shake off excess, dip into beaten eggs, and coat with Panko breadcrumbs.
  • Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).

Making the Sauce

  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha, mixing until smooth.

Assembling the Sliders

  • On a slider bun, place a piece of crispy chicken, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, and top with fresh lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
  • Replace the top bun and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, ensure chicken is dry before breading. You can customize the sauce for more flavor and serve the sliders with a dipping sauce.
