  • 2 cups coleslaw mix Store-bought mix or homemade

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar Enhances flavor
  • 1 tablespoon sugar Balances out the tanginess
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning as preferred
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro Optional, for added flavor
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions Optional, for freshness

For Assembly

  • 4 large flour tortillas Warm slightly for easier rolling

Prepare the Chicken Filling

  • In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.

Make the Coleslaw

  • In a separate bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • If using, fold in chopped cilantro and sliced green onions.

Assemble the Wraps

  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Add a portion of BBQ chicken and a scoop of coleslaw in the center.
  • Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom to seal.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.

Serve

  • Cut wraps in half and serve immediately or wrap in plastic to refrigerate briefly before serving.

Notes
