Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken

  • 2 cups cooked pasta Use smaller pasta shapes like elbow macaroni or rotini.
  • 2 cups grilled chicken, diced Can be sautéed if a grill is not available.

Dressings and Sauces

  • 1 cup ranch dressing Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce Add more for a smokier flavor.

Vegetables

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Provides freshness.
  • 1 cup corn (canned or frozen) Rinse if using canned.
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced Add color and crunch.
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced For added flavor.

Seasoning and Garnish

Preparation

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions, making sure to use salted water. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Grill chicken until cooked through. Let rest before dicing into bite-sized pieces.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, combine pasta and diced chicken.
  • Add ranch dressing and BBQ sauce, mixing gently to coat the pasta and chicken.
  • Fold in cherry tomatoes, corn, bell peppers, and red onion.

Seasoning and Chilling

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Serving

  • Before serving, stir gently, taste, and adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with parsley if desired.
