  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a slow cooker or Instant Pot.
  • Pour the BBQ sauce over the chicken, ensuring it is well-coated.

Cooking

  • If using a slow cooker, cook on low for 6-8 hours until fork-tender.
  • If using an Instant Pot, set on high pressure and cook for about 4 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix in any excess BBQ sauce.

Assembly

  • Assemble the sliders by placing a portion of pulled chicken on each slider bun.
  • Top with optional ingredients like coleslaw, pickles, or crispy onions.

Notes

For a spicy version, add hot sauce or sliced jalapeños. The pulled chicken can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to four days or frozen for up to three months.
