Preparation

  • Add beef chunks and brown them on all sides.

Cooking

  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover the pot.
  • Let it simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Check if the beef is fork-tender and the broth is rich and savory.
