  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative) Choose a dairy-free yogurt as an alternative.

Flavoring Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles Add more for garnish before serving.
  • Pinch none salt Balances the sweetness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine rolled oats, milk, and Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl.
  • Add maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, almond extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
  • Fold in the sprinkles evenly throughout the mixture.
  • Divide the mixture into jars or airtight containers.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Serving

  • In the morning, stir the oats well before serving.
  • Garnish with additional sprinkles, fresh fruits, or a drizzle of nut butter if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Shake or stir before eating.
