  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream Whipped until stiff peaks form.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Adds brightness to the flavor.
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries Divided into two portions.

Crust

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and half of the fresh blueberries.
  • Pour the creamy filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  • Top the dessert with the remaining blueberries.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow it to set.
