Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt Can substitute with any preferred yogurt.

Flavoring Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sticky chia blueberry compote Homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest Adds freshness.
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • to taste Sweetener (optional) Honey, maple syrup, or agave can be used.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, add 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of almond milk, and 1/2 cup of coconut yogurt.
  • Pour in 1/2 cup of sticky chia blueberry compote.
  • Incorporate 1 tablespoon of lemon zest and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.
  • If desired, add sweetener to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture to a jar or container with a lid and refrigerate overnight.

Serving

  • In the morning, stir the oats before serving. Add any desired toppings such as fresh fruits, nuts, or seeds.

Notes

Store in airtight containers for up to five days. For a warm option, heat in the microwave for a minute.
