  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese optional
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

For Drizzling

  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • Extra buffalo sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Toss the cooked shredded chicken in the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  • Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  • Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over each flatbread.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
  • Add sliced red onion on top for extra flavor.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the flatbread edges are golden brown.
  • Allow the flatbreads to cool slightly after removing them from the oven.

Serving

  • Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing and extra buffalo sauce over the top.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or cilantro, slice, and serve immediately.
