  • 1 crust 1 pizza crust Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded Rotisserie chicken is recommended
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust according to spice preference
  • 1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded Gives the pizza its stretchy texture
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled Adds extra flavor
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup green onions, sliced For garnish
  • as needed Olive oil (for brushing) To achieve a golden finish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out your pizza crust and transfer it onto a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Lightly brush the edges of the crust with olive oil.
  • Combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce in a bowl and mix well until coated.
  • Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, followed by crumbled blue cheese.

Baking

  • Place your pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.

Serving

  • Once out of the oven, garnish with sliced green onions and slice into triangles to serve.

Notes

Buffalo Chicken Pizza is best served hot and can be accompanied by celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
