  • 4 tablespoons Butter Used to sauté garlic.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For a creamy texture.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) Use freshly grated for best results.
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced) Sautéed to enhance the flavor.

  • to taste Pepper For seasoning.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking the chicken.
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley (chopped) For garnish.

Instructions
 

Cooking the pasta

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the chicken

  • Sprinkle chicken breast with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, add chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Remove chicken from pan and let it rest before slicing into bite-sized pieces.

Making the sauce

  • In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about one minute.
  • Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Combining and serving

  • Combine cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken into the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in Cajun seasoning beforehand. Use freshly grated Parmesan for better melting and flavor. This dish is easy to customize for dietary preferences.
