Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir until the ingredients form a smooth dough.
  • Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes to make it easier to work with.
  • Scoop out tablespoons of the chilled dough and roll them into balls.
  • Roll each ball in powdered sugar until completely coated.

Baking
