Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 1 pound Ground beef Use lean ground beef for less grease.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese You can use other cheeses for variation.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

For assembling and frying

  • 10 pieces Egg roll wrappers Follow package instructions for wrapping.

Preparation

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until well browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  • Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
  • Add the shredded Cheddar cheese and stir until fully melted.

Assembling the Eggrolls

  • Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface and place about two tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
  • Fold the wrapper according to package instructions, sealing edges with a little water if needed.

Frying

  • Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer over medium-high heat.
  • Carefully add the wrapped eggrolls in batches and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove from oil using a slotted spoon and let drain on paper towels.

Notes

Serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or barbecue sauce. Garnish with shredded lettuce or parsley for added flair.
