  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded You can use leftover chicken for convenience.
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and shredded chicken.
  • Add the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, followed by the minced garlic. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and gently stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly with a golden-brown crust.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or basil for added flavor. Pair with a crisp salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
