Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced Fresh chicken for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Filling

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas Make sure to warm before using.
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce For drizzling inside the wraps.
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional) For garnish.

Preparation

  • Start by dicing the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, ensuring each piece is well coated.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add the seasoned chicken, and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes or until fully cooked through.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken, cover, and let it sit for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts.

Assembling the Wraps

  • Warm the tortillas in a separate pan for about 20 seconds on each side.
  • Place a generous scoop of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla, drizzle with creamy garlic sauce, and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll from the bottom up to create a wrap.

Serving

  • Place the wraps on a cutting board and cut in half if desired. Serve warm with extra creamy garlic sauce on the side.

Notes

Wrap tightly to prevent spills. Customize with additional vegetables or spices as preferred.
