Instructions
 

Cooking Chicken

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken fillets generously with salt and pepper.
  • Once the oil is hot, place the chicken fillets in the skillet.
  • Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove chicken from the skillet and let it rest.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute without burning.
  • Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, stirring in grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
  • Simmer gently over low heat until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Return cooked chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce for an additional 2 minutes.

Serving

  • Serve chicken and sauce on plates, garnishing with chopped parsley.
  • Provide crispy fries alongside on the plate.
