Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 1 pound cooked, shredded chicken breast You can use rotisserie chicken.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to experiment with different cheeses.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust based on preference.

For the Dough and Sauce

  • 1 can crescent roll dough Unroll carefully.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Used for the sauce.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Chopped before serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Add garlic powder and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until creamy.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough carefully and separate it into triangles.
  • On the wide end of each triangle, spoon a portion of the chicken mixture. Fold the sides over and roll tightly to seal.
  • Place the rolled Chicken Pillows on a greased baking sheet.
  • In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Baking

  • Drizzle the creamy Parmesan sauce over the Chicken Pillows.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and puffed up.

Serving

  • Once out of the oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, use freshly cooked chicken or leftovers. Customize the filling with your favorite spices and cheeses. Experiment with adding vegetables for nutrition.
