Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Cube the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the grapes under cool water, trimming any stems, and slice them in half. Chop the toasted almonds into smaller pieces.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed rotisserie chicken and halved grapes. Gently toss to ensure even distribution.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Stir until well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken and grape combination. Gently toss all ingredients until coated in the creamy dressing.

Chilling

  • Cover the salad bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to an hour.

Serving

  • Before serving, give the salad another gentle toss. Garnish with extra sliced almonds if desired.

Notes

For variations, try adding diced apples, switching nuts, or using different dressings. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days and do not freeze.
