  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup water

Additional Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for sautéing
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced fresh for better flavor
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced fresh for better flavor
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  • Boil a large pot of water over high heat. Once boiling, add the noodles and cook according to package instructions (about 3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Set this sauce aside.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
  • Pour in the pre-mixed sauce and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add water to the skillet and mix well. Then toss in the drained noodles, coating them with the sauce.
  • Transfer the noodles to a serving plate and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to customize ingredients based on your preferences. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
