Instructions
 

Cooking Tortellini

  • Cook the tortellini according to package instructions (about 5-7 minutes). Drain and set aside.

Cooking the Steak

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Add the seasoned steak to the hot skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add cooked tortellini and sliced steak back into the skillet, tossing gently to coat.
  • Allow to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
