  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 cups broccoli florets Fresh for best flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute half-and-half for a lighter version.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese More for topping if desired.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking chicken.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds depth of flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste To enhance flavors.

Preparation

  • Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes, or until brown and thoroughly cooked.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, add minced garlic and sauté for one minute.
  • Toss in the broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and allow it to come to a gentle simmer.
  • Add in the cooked rice and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing everything together well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to your liking, then serve hot.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients. You can also customize the recipe by adding different vegetables or proteins.
