  • 2 packets Ramen Noodles (discard seasoning)

Peanut sauce

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (creamy or chunky) Use high-quality peanut butter for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste (optional) Add for a spicy kick.

Vegetable additions

  • 1 cup Vegetables (diced bell peppers or carrots, optional) Enhance nutritional value and color.

Garnishes

  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil (for garnish) Adds a nutty aroma.
  • 2 pieces Green Onions (chopped, for garnish) Adds freshness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Fill a pot with water and set it on high heat to bring it to a boil.
  • Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 3 to 5 minutes, until tender.
  • Drain the noodles and set them aside.

Make the sauce

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  • Stir until you have a smooth, creamy sauce. Add chili paste if desired.

Combine & serve

  • Toss the cooked noodles in the peanut sauce until well coated.
  • If using, fold in the vegetables for added color and nutrition.
  • Serve immediately, drizzling sesame oil over the top and garnish with green onions.
  • Plate generously and enjoy!
