  • 1 tablespoon baking powder Helps crisp the skin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Optional: hot sauce or barbecue sauce for tossing after cooking

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  • Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Add the dried chicken wings to the bowl and toss them thoroughly in the spice mixture.
  • Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place the seasoned wings in the basket in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Cook the wings for about 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once done, check for doneness. The wings should be golden brown and crispy. If desired, cook an additional 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
  • Remove the wings from the fryer and toss in optional hot sauce or barbecue sauce before serving.

Notes

Serve hot and consider garnishing with fresh parsley or sliced green onions. Pair with a variety of dips for an interactive dining experience.
