Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into even-sized fry shapes.

  • Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread the sweet potato fries in a single layer.

Baking

  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  • Keep an eye on the fries in the last few minutes of baking. Once crispy and golden, remove from the oven.
  • Let them cool briefly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

To ensure perfect crispiness, cut sweet potatoes uniformly and do not overcrowd them on the baking sheet. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven to restore crispiness.
