Ingredients
  

For the Salmon Bites

  • 1 lb salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes Choose fresh, high-quality salmon for best results.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust to your taste.

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce Adjust according to desired spiciness.
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a medium bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil until well coated.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix gently.
  • Spread the seasoned salmon cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake salmon bites for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  • Adjust the spiciness of the sauce to taste.

Serving

  • Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the salmon bites before serving.
  • Garnish with lime wedges and sliced green onions if desired.

Notes

To store leftovers, cool completely and place in an airtight container. Best consumed within 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 375°F for about 10 minutes to restore crispiness.
