  • 2 cups leftover cooked chicken, shredded Use any cooked chicken from a previous meal.
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce Your favorite flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice.
  • 1/2 small onion, diced Adds flavor and crunch.
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped Optional, for added flavor.
  • 4 large tortilla wraps Use your preferred type.

Preparation

  • Shred the leftover cooked chicken in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the BBQ sauce to the chicken and mix until well coated.
  • Prepare the tortilla by spreading it on a flat surface.
  • Scoop a generous amount of the BBQ chicken mixture into the center of the tortilla.
  • Add shredded cheese, diced onion, and chopped cilantro.

Cooking

  • Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Serve the wraps warm, optionally sliced in half and with dipping sauces like BBQ or ranch.

Notes

Experiment with different proteins and sauces. Add toppings like shredded lettuce or bell peppers for extra crunch.
