Preparation

  • Cut the cauliflower into uniform florets.

  • Toss together until all florets are well-coated.

Cooking

  • Arrange the seasoned florets in a single layer on a baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top, if desired.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through for even browning.
  • Remove from the oven once the cauliflower is golden-brown and crispy.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes to restore crispiness. Experiment with seasonings to find your favorite twist!
