  • Scatter the chopped sun-dried tomatoes evenly over the chicken.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with chicken broth and stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Add fresh spinach and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top as desired.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours until the chicken is tender.
