Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt and the spaghetti, and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain the spaghetti well and set aside.

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  • Pour in the crushed tomatoes, stir in the dried oregano, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  • Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combining Pasta and Sauce

  • Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet with the sauce, ensuring each strand is well-coated.
