  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth Make sure to use gluten-free broth if necessary.
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced

Creamy Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Feel free to experiment with other cheese varieties.
  • 1 cup milk Can substitute with heavy cream or dairy-free alternatives.

Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Drain any excess grease from the skillet.

Cooking

  • Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot and add beef broth, diced potatoes, carrots, and celery.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until vegetables are tender.

Finishing Touches

  • About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the milk and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes
