Preparation

  • Stir in rice, paprika, and saffron (if using).
  • Slowly pour in the chicken broth, mixing well and bringing it to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Stir in frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
