Instructions
 

Cooking Salmon

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Place the salmon in the pan, cooking for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove salmon from the pan and set aside.

Preparing the Sauce

  • In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add fresh spinach and stir until wilted.
  • Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.

Combining it All

  • Return the salmon to the pan, spoon sauce over fillets, and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and the dish is ready to be served.
