  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Finely chop for even flavor distribution.

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon dried sage Infuses turkey with a delightful aroma.
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme Can experiment with fresh thyme or rosemary.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust to personal taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper Add more if needed.

Binders and Liquids

  • 1/4 cup chicken broth Adds moisture to the mixture.
  • 2 large eggs, beaten Acts as a binding agent.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, dried cranberries, breadcrumbs, diced onion, and minced garlic.
  • Season the mixture with dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Add chicken broth, beaten eggs, and chopped parsley into the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Shape the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Check the internal temperature of the stuffing balls; it should reach a minimum of 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer. Can pair with various dips or sauces. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to three months.
