Ingredients
  

Chicken and Marinade

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for cooking chicken

Broth

  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon butter

Noodles and Garnish

  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 piece green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional) for extra heat

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Coat the chicken with the spice mixture and let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Cooking the Chicken

  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and let rest.

Preparing the Sauce

  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream and let it thicken slightly before removing from heat.

Cooking the Noodles

  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook ramen noodles according to the package instructions.
  • Drain the noodles and set aside.

Combining Everything

  • In another pot, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic until aromatic.
  • Add chicken broth and soy sauce, followed by heavy cream. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • Divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls, pour the broth over, and top with sliced chicken and creamy garlic sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and drizzle with chili oil if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu and use vegetable broth. Keep leftovers in airtight containers and consume within 3-4 days.
