  • 0.75 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set this dry mixture aside.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes with an electric mixer on medium speed.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
  • Fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal and white chocolate chips, if desired.

Baking

  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn slightly golden, while the centers remain soft.
  • Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
