  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Freshly minced for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs Use plain or Italian seasoned.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese For the meatball mix.
  • 1 large egg To bind the mixture.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For frying the meatballs.

For the Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta (such as fettuccine or linguine) Cook according to package instructions.

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream For a rich and creamy texture.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For the sauce.

For Garnish

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.

Cooking the Meatballs

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Cook the meatballs for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Making the Cream Sauce

  • In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and add the 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously over medium heat until well combined and heated through.

Combining Everything

  • Add the cooked pasta and meatballs back into the skillet with the cream sauce. Toss gently until everything is coated.

Serving

  • Plate the dish and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Enjoy!

Notes

You can make meatballs ahead of time and store them in the fridge. Serve with a side salad or garlic bread.
